Well, there you have it. That is what I will be making for myself. I am really looking forward to it as this will be my first ever Thanksgiving dinner where I have cooked a whole meal for myself. Other years I have made do with having just side dishes that my mom made sure I could have; corn, my own stuffing, mashed potatoes sans butter/milk and maybe some yams. I cannot get over the fact that I just made seitan for the first time...it surely will not be the last! Bye for now ;)
